Frequently Asked Questions
Is Hêz designed for individual athletes or gym owners?
Both. Athletes register as Players to track workouts, calories, AI plans, and shop in the marketplace. Coaches and facility managers register as Captains (Gym Owners) to manage members, sell workout plans and supplements, and can switch into Player Mode anytime to log their own workouts.
How do payments work for workout plans and supplements?
Paid training plans in the Plan Marketplace are purchased online using FIB (First Iraqi Bank) via QR code and payment code, while free plans unlock immediately. Physical supplements in the Store use Cash on Delivery.
Does the app work when internet connection inside the gym is weak?
Yes. Hêz caches your profile, routines, workout schedules, and downloaded exercise media locally on your device so you can open your training plan and log sets even offline.
How does Hêz verify sellers in the Store and Plan Market?
Every Captain who wishes to sell plans or supplements must complete KYC identity verification (front/back government ID, live gesture selfie, and business license for supplements), and every product or plan listing undergoes AI and Admin review.
